使用hyperf打包的时候报错如下：Fatal error: Uncaught UnexpectedValueException: Your configuration disabled writing phar files (phar.readonly = On), please update your configuration in 。。。以下信息省略，大致看了下错误，应该是设置了phar.readonly = On，重新设置下就可以了，再php.ini 中找到 phar.readonly 选项 去掉前面的注释符；，再把On修改为Off即可。

再执行 php bin/hyperf.php phar:build 就可以了
